High-Quality, Sustainable Ingredients & Materials
High-quality ingredients are at the heart of every great bake, and I source ingredients locally whenever possible. I also make as much as I can from scratch to reduce packaging waste, including modelling chocolate and curds.
I’m proud to say that I’ve made multiple cakes that have generated zero waste, and I love working with couples who are making their celebrations as eco-friendly as possible. I use biodegradable cake boards, boxes, and stickers for every order, and I avoid plastic storage and kitchen equipment.
I only post out tasting boxes three times per year to avoid wastage.
Cakes that Cater for Every Taste & Dietary Requirement
All of my cakes are vegetarian, and I can cater vegan and gluten-free wedding parties so everyone can enjoy a slice.
Send me a message to discuss any dietary requirements before ordering your wedding cake tasting box.

We chose to have a chocolate tier and a lemon tier and both were absolutely delicious. The cakes were moist and definitely ‘Mooreish’! We had so many wedding guests comment on how nice they were, including one of my family members who is quite a cake connoisseur! Thanks again Ruth, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
