Caker’s Content Kitchen

Membership Terms and Conditions

Last updated: March 7th 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase and use of the Caker’s Content Kitchen membership (the “Membership”), provided by Ruth Moore trading as the Cake Content Coach (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in the United Kingdom.

By joining the Membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before you purchase.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

1. Membership overview

Caker’s Content Kitchen is an online content membership for cake makers who want to book more of the right clients with better content, not just more views.

The Membership currently includes:

  • Weekly content recipes

  • Live sessions, including co working, Q&A

  • Mini trainings

  • Swipe files, scripts, worksheets and resources

  • Access to the community space for support and feedback

The exact format, frequency and content may evolve over time so we can improve the experience. Any changes are made with members’ results in mind.

2. Who the Membership is for

The Membership is designed for:

  • Cake makers and baking business owners

  • People who want to improve their content and marketing skills

  • Those who are willing to take responsibility for implementing and testing what they learn

It is not suitable for:

  • People who want a “done for you” service

  • People expecting guaranteed results without taking action

  • Agencies or teams looking to train multiple staff on one personal login

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the Membership if their behaviour is inappropriate, abusive or harmful to the community.

3. Membership plans, pricing and three month minimum

3.1 Pricing

Current prices are:

  • Monthly plan: £27 per month

  • Annual plan: £270 per year (pay for 10 months, get 12)

Founding members keep their original rate for as long as they remain continuously subscribed, without cancellations or failed payments. If you leave and later rejoin, you will rejoin at the price that is current at that time.

We may review and update prices for new members in the future. Any change will not affect your existing agreed rate while your membership remains active and payments are up to date.

3.2 Three month minimum commitment (monthly plan)

By joining the monthly plan, you agree to a minimum commitment of three paid months.

This means:

  • You will be billed monthly, starting from the date of purchase.

  • You agree to pay for at least three consecutive months.

  • You can request cancellation during this period, but it will only take effect after your third payment has been processed.

The three month minimum exists so you have enough time to use the recipes, attend lives, test your content and see meaningful progress, rather than dipping in for a very short period and expecting instant results.

The annual plan is a single upfront payment and runs for 12 months, which automatically renews unless cancelled before the next payment cycle.

4. Payment terms

Payment is taken in advance via our secure payment provider when you join the Membership.

  • Monthly payments are taken automatically every month on or around the date you signed up.

  • Annual payments are taken as a single upfront payment and renew annually unless cancelled.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are correct and up to date.

If a payment fails, our system will usually retry. If payment cannot be collected:

  • Your access to the Membership may be paused or cancelled.

  • If you wish to regain access, you may need to rejoin at the current price, subject to availability.

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us at ruth@mooreishcakes.co.uk as soon as possible so we can investigate.

5. Cancellation policy

5.1 How to cancel

You can cancel your Membership at any time after your minimum term by:

  • Using the cancellation option inside your account area, or

  • Emailing us at ruth@mooreishcakes.co.uk with at least three working days’ notice before your next billing date.

We do not accept cancellation requests via social media DMs.

5.2 Effect of cancellation

  • If you are on the monthly plan and have completed your three month minimum, your cancellation will stop future payments.

  • You will keep access to the Membership content and community until the end of the period you have already paid for.

  • After that date, your access to the content hub, community, replays and resources will end.

If you cancel before your three month minimum is complete:

  • You will still be billed for any remaining months of the minimum term.

  • Access continues until the end of the period covered by your final payment.

For the annual plan:

  • Your membership will end at the end of the 12 month period you have paid for.

  • Your access continues until that date, then stops, unless you continue with the automatic renew.

5.3 Pausing membership

At this time, Memberships cannot be paused.

If you need to step away, you can cancel and rejoin later, subject to availability and current pricing.

6. Refunds

Because this is a digital Membership with immediate access to content and community, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of time to use the resources

  • Not using or logging into the Membership

  • Not achieving a particular result

If you believe you have been charged in error, or there is a genuine issue with billing, please contact us at ruth@mooreishcakes.co.uk as soon as possible so we can look into it.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any applicable distance selling or digital content regulations.

7. Access and login details

Your Membership is for one person only.

You agree that you will:

  • Not share your login details with anyone else

  • Not give other people access to the content hub or community using your account

  • Not use the content to train teams, subcontractors or other businesses, unless we have agreed to this in writing

We reserve the right to revoke access, without refund, if we reasonably believe logins are being shared or misused.

8. Content, downloads and intellectual property

All content inside Caker’s Content Kitchen is the intellectual property of Ruth Moore and Mooreish Cakes, unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

  • Content recipes and posting plans

  • Trainings, workshops, Q&As and replays

  • Scripts, templates, worksheets and guides

  • Swipe files, examples and resources

  • Any future materials added to the Membership

You are granted a personal, non transferable licence to use these materials in your own cake business.

You must not:

  • Copy, share or distribute the content to non members

  • Resell or claim the materials as your own

  • Use the content to create your own courses, memberships or resources that compete with Caker’s Content Kitchen

You are encouraged to use what you learn to grow your own cake business, improve your marketing and support your clients. That is the purpose of the Membership.

9. Community conduct

The Membership includes a community space, currently a Private Facebook Group, by joining you agree to:

  • Be respectful and kind to other members

  • Keep shared posts and discussions confidential within the group

  • Not share screenshots or messages outside the community without clear permission

  • Avoid hate speech, harassment, discrimination or harmful behaviour

We reserve the right to remove posts, mute members or revoke access to the community or Membership without refund if someone’s behaviour is harmful, abusive or repeatedly breaks these guidelines.

10. Live sessions and replays

Live sessions, such as co working, Q&A and trainings, are scheduled in advance wherever possible.

Please note:

  • Dates and times may occasionally need to change.

  • While live support is a core part of the Membership, we do not guarantee a specific minimum number of live sessions each month, though the aim is 2 a month.

  • Sessions may be recorded and added to the content hub as replays.

  • By participating in live sessions, your voice, name and any comments may appear in the recording.

If you prefer not to appear on a recording, you can:

  • Keep your camera off

  • Use the chat function instead of speaking, or

  • Watch replays instead of joining live

11. Results and earnings disclaimer

Caker’s Content Kitchen provides education, strategies and tools to help you improve your content and marketing as a cake business owner.

We cannot, and do not, guarantee:

  • A specific number of followers, views, enquiries or bookings

  • A particular income level or profit

  • That any specific strategy will work in the same way for every business

Your results depend on many factors, including your experience, your niche, your pricing, your consistency and the quality of your work.

You remain fully responsible for your own business decisions, pricing, bookings, contracts and clients.

Nothing in the Membership is financial, legal or tax advice. You should consult appropriate professionals in those areas where needed.

12. Technical requirements and availability

To access the Membership content, you will need:

  • A reliable internet connection

  • A device capable of accessing the content hub and community

  • Access to the email address you used when you signed up

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform online and accessible. However:

  • There may be occasional downtime for maintenance, updates or issues outside our control.

  • We are not responsible for any loss of access caused by technical issues with third party platforms, your internet provider or your device.

If there is a significant outage affecting many members, we will communicate as soon as reasonably possible and do our best to resolve it quickly.

13. Changes to the Membership or these Terms

We may update or adjust parts of the Membership over time, for example:

  • Adding new resources

  • Retiring content that is outdated

  • Tweaking the format or schedule of live sessions

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website or inside the Membership area.

If there is a significant change to pricing or core structure for existing members, we will aim to give reasonable notice by email.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
