Layered with a creamy vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream and a tangy homemade lemon curd.

Raspberry & White Chocolate

Tangy, soft raspberry sponge, flavoured with real raspberries.
Layered with white chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Also pairs well with champagne buttercream.

Sponge flavoured with lashings of homemade salted caramel sauce.
Layered with smooth salted caramel Swiss Meringue Buttercream and more salted caramel sauce!

Vanilla Chai

Ever wondered what eating a chai latte would be like? This is it.
Soft and fluffy chai spiced sponge, layered with creamy Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Cookies and Cream

Gooey chocolate sponge.
Layered with the most creamy Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream laced with crushed Oreos.

Triple Salted Caramel

All cakes and fillings can be pick and mixed to suit your preferences.
I am also happy to create flavours not seen on this menu especially for you.
All my cakes are vegetarian.

I do not offer 'Gluten free' and 'Vegan' cakes as standard, but am happy to discuss catering for specific dietary requirements.

Tasting Boxes

I do not currently offer in-person 'Design and Taste' consultations.
Tasting boxes are instead sent out via post and consultations are held online.
These are included with all Wedding Cake orders. Note these are sent out at specific times of the year, so last minute bookings may not qualify for this offer.

If you would like to order a tasting box before booking, you can do so for £35 for the 'Staples' option (This includes all four sponges from The 'Staples' range plus one surprise flavour, as well as 8 well-paired fillings & a few extra goodies!)
Alternatively £45 allows you to Pick 'n' Mix! Pick any 5 sponge flavours from above (and it will also include 8 well-paired fillings and some extra goodies!)

Tantalising Flavours

Each standard cake tier is 5" tall, made up of 4 layers of sponge and 3 layers of buttercream and fillings. Fondant cakes are also coated in a thin layer of ganache to get those super sharp edges.

I use good quality ingredients and source locally wherever possible. It is important to me that the ingredients of each cake are sustainable and eco-friendly. You can find out more about the ingredients I use and my eco ethos here.

At Mooreish Cakes, I pride myself on my tried and tested cake recipes to ensure each bite tastes as good as it looks. A cake is so much more than eggs, flour, sugar and butter
- it is the culinary highlight to your event.

Layered with sweet raspberry Swiss Meringue buttercream.

The gooeist chocolate cake laced with Guinness for a delightful oopmh.
Layered with chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream. 

Pink Champagne

Delightfully pink, this sponge is baked with pink champagne and tastes of just that! Pair it with champagne buttercream for a double whammy, or with creamy white chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Strawberries & Champagne

Fresh, strawberry sponge made with real strawberries. Layered with champagne Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
Also pairs well with white chocolate, buttercream.

Earl Grey & Orange

For the tea lovers! Sponge laced with Earl Grey and layered with tangy orange Swiss Meringue buttercream.
Also pairs well with raspberry or rosewater buttercream.
